SHIPPING POLICY

All products and their variants are made in our laboratory upon receipt of the order.

 

To estimate the time needed to receive the product, you need to consider approximately 48 hours for printing, to which add the working days indicated by the courier when choosing the shipping method.

 

Ex: 48 hours of order preparation + 2 working days for delivery = 4 working days

RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY

In compliance with consumer law, the customer can request the return of the product without justifying the reason and the seller "Rs Art 1991" is required to reimburse the consumer the sum of the purchase costs of the product plus any delivery costs. The costs incurred by the customer to send the returned product to the seller are NOT refundable by the seller.

 

The seller also reserves the right to issue a refund of the above-mentioned expenses only after having received and verified the status of the product being returned.

If the product is received by the seller in a state different from that in which it was shipped and/or without the original packaging, the seller is NOT required to reimburse the costs incurred by the customer.

In the event of a damaged order, to obtain a replacement order it is necessary to produce the following documentation and send it to customersupport@thenapolitaner.com:

​

- Photos of the damaged product(s).

- Photo of damaged shipping packaging

- Photo of the shipping label attached to the package

- Disputed order number

 

Without this information it is not possible to request a replacement order.
